Hey all! Sorry for being away for a while, but I lost internet access for two weeks, yes that’s right TWO WEEKS!!! 
Bah! I hated being unable to check emails and just well, browse stuff, you know what I mean. Anyhoos, the good news is our internet is all up and running and happy so YAY for INTERNETS! 
While I was offline I managed to write a few chapters of my novel about Myriddian (this character here) and get back into some acrylic painting – man I’ve missed it! I’ll be able to show you some updates soon, mebbe some progress shots but I’m not sure.
Can you believe that it’s December tomorrow?!?! O_o The year has gone by so fast, but I think I’ve come a long way artistically this year, hopefully it looks that way to others too, lol! I’m now able to paint so much faster digitally than I ever thought I would even though it’s still slow to some, it’s a big difference to me. But don’t worry, I’m not getting all big-headed and full of myself – I know I still have a long way to go and I am a happily learning too! 
Last year was when I first tried to use acrylics properly and I know so much more about the medium now, it’s a lot of fun when you understand how it works. 
I have a couple of other paintings sketched and ready to go, I just need to learn to work a bit quicker with acrylics but I’m sure that will come with time.
I think I need some more practice with graphite though…I dunno, I just want my graphite pieces to, oh I dunno, show more depth or something. I think it’s just that I love colour so much and graphite only has shades of grey – which I do love – but the way I’m using it at the moment leaves me feeling as though it’s lacking something… *shrugs* iunno, it’ll work itself out in time I guess.
Also, I seriously LOVE Christmas! We’re gonna put up our Christmas tree tomorrow, I might post some photos but I’m not sure. I’ll try and remember not to look and dress all daggy, lol. Shuddup Sah! 
Anyhoos, this is by far the longest post I’ve typed in months, lol!
